Policy on Digital Products
Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of our digital products (such as e-books, templates, and software), we have a strict no-refund policy once the product has been downloaded or accessed. All sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction.
This policy is in place because once a digital asset is delivered, it cannot be revoked or returned in the same way a physical product can.
When Refunds Are Granted (Exceptions)
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Therefore, we will grant a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date ONLY under the following specific conditions:
First: If there is a verifiable technical defect with the product file that prevents you from using it, and we are unable to provide you with a working replacement file within 48 business hours.
Second: If the product you received is materially different from the product described on our website.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I did not like the product,” or “I did not know it was a digital download.”
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund based on the exceptions listed above, you must submit a request to contact@digitalvexo.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Your request must include your original order number and a clear explanation, with evidence (such as a screenshot), of the technical defect or misrepresentation. Our support team will review your request and respond within two business days.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
